Medicus is seeking a talented Recruiting Manager to join our team. Our Recruiting Managers are responsible for partnering with clients to fulfil their permanent staffing needs and matching medical professionals with full-time positions. Responsibilities

  • Drive the full recruitment cycle, including recruiting and building relationships with qualified medical providers nationwide.
  • Qualify, present, and recommend candidates that meet client needs by evaluating candidate fit and personality, work experience, skillset, references, and other applicable information.
  • Coach candidates through various stages of the interview process, managing client expectations throughout the recruitment placement process.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fill full-time openings, such as cold calling, networking, posting jobs to online job boards, targeted searches, and sourcing.
  • Build ongoing relationships with clients across the country through travel, video calls, and phone connections.
  • Negotiate contractual terms with clients.
  • Join professional networking organizations, attend industry trade shows and conferences, and establish passive channel sources to develop candidate and client pipelines.
  • Analyze the market through competitor analysis, permanent placement market, market rates, staffing needs for clients, and client/provider contract expectations.
  • Achieve key metrics/KPIs supporting the revenue goals of Medicus.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of recruiting or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and pivot quickly into different recruiting projects.
  • Ability to communicate and establish rapport with high-level decision makers at hospitals, and connect with medical providers via phone, email, or client visits.
  • Desire to increase earnings based on performance.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
