We are seeking a dedicated Regional Community Director to join our team at Property Management, Inc. As part of a growing, employee-owned company managing significant real estate assets, you will oversee operation and finance of scattered site apartment communities in Pennsylvania. Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy targets through leasing and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize property performance.
• Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and client relationships.
• Implement reputation management and social media strategies.
• Lead and develop talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• 1-3 years as a Regional Portfolio Manager, 3-5 years in large multi-family property management.
• Proficiency in property management software, preferably Yardi.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial skills.
• Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License preferred.
