Centria Autism is looking for a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning business objectives with team members and management, resolving complex team member relations issues, and implementing people initiatives within their region. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly meetings with business units, providing HR guidance.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions and programs.
  • Manage team member relations, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Collaborate with management to improve work relationships and productivity.
  • Identify training needs and spearhead people initiatives for the region.
  • Optimize organizational design to enhance performance.
  • Implement inclusive recruitment and diversity strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • PHR/SHRM certification or ability to obtain within one year.
  • 5-7 years of experience in team member relations.
  • Working knowledge of compensation practices and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and G Suite.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions

  • Monday to Friday office hours with flexibility as needed.
  • Occasional schedule shifts may be required.
  • Physical demands such as lifting and prolonged sitting.
