Job Description

Centria Autism is looking for a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to align business objectives with team members and management across service lines. This position requires maintaining business literacy, conducting meetings, managing team member relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing organizational design. The role involves collaborating on training programs, compensation analysis, and diversity initiatives. Responsibilities also include implementing inclusive recruitment strategies and enhancing service delivery consistency.

Pay Range

$80K - $90K plus bonus

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • PHR/SHRM certification desirable within the first year of employment.

Work Experience

  • 5-7 years resolving team member relations issues, with 3-5 years in a strategic HR role.
  • Knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity, and employment laws.

Equipment and Technology Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft and G Suite, basic computer and telephone skills.

Other Competency Requirements

  • Ability to follow instructions, use computers, and communicate effectively.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in HR analytics, data interpretation, and setting up KPIs.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal abilities.

Working Conditions

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Flexibility required to support various time zones and occasional shifts.

Physical Demands

This role may involve lifting up to 30 pounds, extended periods of sitting, and visual analysis of data on screens.
