Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner

Job Description

We are looking for a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join Centria Healthcare, a leading provider of home-based catastrophic injury and rehabilitation care and autism services. In this role, you will align business objectives with team members and management, analyze trends, manage team member relations, ensure legal compliance, and drive people initiatives and organizational design for improved performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with business units and provide HR guidance.
• Analyze metrics to develop programs and policies.
• Resolve team member relations issues and ensure legal compliance.
• Manage performance, relationships, and workforce planning.
• Optimize organizational design and collaborate on recruitment and diversity initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PHR/SHRM certification or ability to obtain within one year.
• 5-7 years of HR experience, including 3-5 years in a strategic role.
• Proficient in HR disciplines and technology, excellent communication and analytical skills.
