Job Description
Putzmeister is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Regional Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to external PMA personnel, contributing to the seamless workflow practices of our organization, and addressing customer inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide order confirmations, confirm detailed order information, and deliver regular order status updates to customers and sales representatives.
- Coordinate delivery and communicate delivery dates to customers.
- Assist customers by providing information about products or services, and aid in resolving sales and service-related issues.
- Ensure timely processing of orders according to customer agreements and release order confirmation letters immediately upon order receipt.
- Participate in resolving external sales personnel customer and product challenges and establish and present at customer dealer council meetings.
- Maintain and expand heat map coverage and act as the point of contact for the assigned region.
- Maintain new Price Matrix, material price groups, and customer price groups in SAP.
- Coordinate and follow up on pre-delivery payment and documentation for finance companies.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese language skills are a plus).
- 4-year college degree preferred and 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, proactive attitude, and strong time management capability.
- Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and excellent internal and external customer relationship skills.
- Strong computer knowledge and experience with SAP and SalesForce (a plus, but not mandatory).
- Reliability and mandatory safety training as per the Total Compliance Management program.
