Job Description
Sherwood Autism Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
- Provide direct instruction and support to clients in individualized and group settings.
- Implement behavior support plans and educational programs outlined by BCBA.
- Maintain accurate records and progress on Individual Education/Service Plans.
- Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for students.
- Maintain RBT certification and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age with US work authorization.
- Hold a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certificate.
- Experience in special education or related services.
- Passionate about working with individuals with Autism and related disabilities.
- Ability to prioritize, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively.
