Registered Nurse
Join our team at Gentiva Hospice, a leader in hospice, palliative, and home care services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care, managing interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest quality of hospice services.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support to hospice patients and their families.
- Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of care.
- Evaluate patient needs and contribute to the development of care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient clinical records and participate in quality assessment programs.
Requirements
- Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to providing exceptional care.
- Current RN license (or ability to obtain one for the state of employment).
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
