Providence Support Services Inc is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This safety-sensitive, salaried, and exempt position involves ensuring the coordination and delivery of healthcare services for program participants. The RN will be responsible for comprehensive documentation, medication supervision, and monitoring program participant needs. Additionally, the role entails maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company standards, attending appointments, and providing essential nursing care.

Summary of Duties

• Provide healthcare coordination and professional support for program participants.
• Manage medication supervision, ensuring adherence to protocols and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including medical records, assessment reports, and training records.
• Collaborate with healthcare and program teams to address program participant needs and ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in accordance with the NM Nurse Practice Act.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic equipment.
• Clean driving record and criminal background check.
