Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Gentiva Hospice, a leading provider of hospice, palliative, home health, and personal home care services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services and support to hospice patients.
- Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of care.
- Evaluate patient/family needs and assist in the development of care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient clinical records.
- Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement programs.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of employment or ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
