Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a part-time night shift position (7pm - 7am). As an essential member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients, administering medications, leading nursing assistants, assisting physicians, and ensuring infection control measures. You will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of nursing care, documentation, and patient well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assure quality nursing care for patients according to physician's orders and facility policies.
• Administer medications as prescribed and follow facility protocols.
• Lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies.
• Assist physicians during rounds and treatments.
• Perform scheduled treatments, maintain infection control, and adhere to regulations.
• Participate in research related to nursing care quality.
• Assist with new admissions and patient physical assessments.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a valid RN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Demonstrate genuine interest in geriatric nursing and CPR certification.
• Attend required training sessions and staff meetings.
• Supervise nursing assistants effectively and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Show reliability, flexibility, and empathy in patient care.
• Exercise sound judgment in nursing problem-solving.
