Job Description
Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking for a part-time opportunity? Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to ensure the best patient care possible by supervising the facility and directing the nursing staff during shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assure optimal patient care by supervising the facility and directing nursing staff.
- Coordinate and supervise the Nursing Services Department under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
- Supervise nursing services in compliance with regulations and facility policies.
- Assist and supervise nurses during acute patient episodes.
- Address employee concerns promptly and maintain documentation.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Graduated Registered Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current, valid license from North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- CPR certification annually.
- Experience in geriatric nursing preferred.
- Ability to supervise nursing staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Knowledge and adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
