Job Description
Rivers Edge Hospital has part- and full-time positions available for registered nurses on our Med Surg Unit, all benefit-eligible. This role includes .75 or .9 FTE (60 or 72 hours per two weeks) day/night rotating shifts, working every third weekend and every third holiday.
Responsibilities
- Provision of nursing care to all patients in the hospital
- Prescribing, delegating, and coordinating care as part of daily responsibilities
- Participation in unit management, staff orientation, and self-development
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Minnesota license
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) (American Heart Association), ACLS or ability to complete ACLS within six months of hire, PALS or ability to complete PALS within six months of hire
- One to two years experience as an RN, minimum one year hospital experience, Bachelor's degree preferred
