Responsibilities include overseeing, training, creating plans for healthcare needs, and ensuring the certified staff is on point with medication procedures. As an RN, you'll travel to different group homes in Coventry, Columbia, Manchester, Woodstock and nearby areas, case managing for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Just be an RN in Connecticut with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. 1-2 years of nursing experience is great, and experience with developmental disabilities is even better.
