Job Description
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at CareerStaff Unlimited, you will have the opportunity to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility, providing care to patients with medically complex conditions and focusing on helping them regain their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Receive admission and/or transfers to the unit
- Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Interpret assessments/diagnostic data and respond to life-saving situations
- Act as a patient advocate, providing education and support to patients and their families
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service and promote a positive professional image
Credentials Required
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in the LTC/SNF setting
- Active RN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical and TB/PPD
- Verifiable work history and professional references
