Job Overview
As a Registered Nurse at Gentiva Hospice, you will provide direct patient care services and support to hospice patients and their families. Reporting to the Administrator, Executive Director, or Patient Care Manager Senior, you will play a crucial role as the primary liaison between physicians, patients, and our hospice team. Responsibilities include managing an interdisciplinary group, evaluating patient needs, maintaining clinical records, and participating in quality assessment programs.
Requirements
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients and their families.
- Current RN license in the state of employment or eligibility to obtain one.
- 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
