Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and compassion while delivering quality patient care.
• Independently assess and monitor patient conditions, administering medications as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and interventions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of home health experience.
• RN license in Georgia and BLS certification.
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.
