Job Description

Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and highly motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dialysis team. As part of a full-service healthcare management organization, you will provide prescribed medical treatment and dialysis care to our clients while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.

Responsibilities and Physical Demands

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and dialysis care to clients.
• Render highly professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients.
• Direct and supervise other team members.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to achieve the highest standards of care specific to the patient's age/developmental status.
• Ensure a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• This position requires frequent and prolonged periods of standing and bending.

Education Requirements and Position Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and fill in when needed.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Successful completion of the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test is required.
