We are looking for a compassionate and empathetic Registered Nurse to join Gentiva Hospice, a leading provider in hospice, palliative, and home care services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the well-being of patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients.
• Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of care.
• Evaluate patient/family needs and assist in the care plan execution.
• Maintain accurate patient clinical records and participate in quality assessment programs.

Requirements

• Current RN license or ability to obtain one.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
• Compassionate, kind, and empathetic approach to patient care.
