Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Oncology Infusion

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Oncology Infusion team at Central Vermont Medical Center. As an Oncology Infusion RN, you will provide exceptional patient care following guidelines set by the Oncology Nursing Society and Vermont Board of Nursing, while upholding the standards of Central Vermont Medical Center.

Unit Description

Under the supervision of providers and the Practice Manager, the Oncology Infusion RN plays a key role in patient care, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved Professional Nursing Education Program.
• Current RN licensure with a preference for Oncology Certified Nurse and Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification.
• Minimum one to three years of hospital or office nursing experience.
• At least one year of ambulatory oncology infusion experience.

Incentives

External candidates with one year of experience may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of $10,000 (prorated for part-time roles).
