Job Description
Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, day shifts at Elizabethtown Healthcare & Rehab Center. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients, following physician's orders and facility procedures to ensure the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Assure quality nursing care by adhering to physician's orders and facility policies.
- Administer medications as prescribed and in accordance with protocols.
- Supervise and guide nursing assistants and orderlies.
- Assist physicians during rounds and treatments.
- Perform scheduled treatments and maintain infection control measures.
- Conduct research related to nursing care quality.
- Assist with records, orders, and assessments of new admissions.
Requirements
- Graduated Registered Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
