Elizabethtown Community Hospital is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our 25-bed Medical Surgical Unit, with 8 Telemetry beds. Our team provides care for acutely ill patients in private and double occupancy rooms. We emphasize teamwork, open communication, and professional growth.
Unit Description
Our unit handles patients in Observation status, acutely ill individuals, and those requiring rehabilitation. We maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 and encourage collaborative work among RN’s, LPN’s, CA’s, and dietary assistants.
Incentives

Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Experience in Med/Surg settings preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
