Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team at Denver Health. As a member of our highly skilled unit, you will provide exceptional care to patients with diverse surgical needs, playing a critical role in improving health outcomes and ensuring patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Assess individual and community health needs.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
- Modify and develop patient care plans.
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care.
- Instruct individuals and families on health education and prevention.
- Administer nursing care, including medication and documentation.
- Promote a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- 1 year of experience in an Operating Room setting.
- BLS and RN licenses required.
- Proficiency in medical equipment and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain effective relationships and communicate clearly.
