Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team at Campbell County Health in Wyoming. As a Nurse, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, and ensure service excellence to all customers. Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring patient needs are met.
• Provide patient and family education on health status and care plans.
• Assist psychiatrists and nurse practitioners in delivering patient care.
• Maintain professional standards, clinical practice, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a Wyoming RN license.
• Experience in behavioral health is preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Compliance with all certifications, licenses, and hospital policies.
