We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at The University of Vermont Medical Center in the role of Per Diem Primary Care RN. As a Registered Nurse in our ambulatory primary care unit, you will be at the forefront of patient care, specializing in telephone triage to assess patient needs and ensure timely and appropriate care.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assess patient calls to determine medical urgency and appropriate response.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to evaluate and guide patient care decisions.
