Job Description

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 patient care.
• Working with pediatric/adult patients with g-tube, trach, and/or ventilator.
• Documenting electronically and conducting patient assessments in-person.
• Developing meaningful, long-term relationships.
• Offering scheduling options such as day, evening, and overnight shifts, as well as part-time, full-time, PRN, and per diem availability.
• Utilizing skills to independently provide 1:1 care to patients and touching base with care teams.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
• Maintains a current CPR certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (preferred), and pediatric experience (preferred).
