Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Denver Health in the 3B Flex/Progressive Care Unit on NIGHT shifts. Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse, you will assess and monitor patient health, develop care plans, administer treatments, and promote a positive patient experience. Collaborating with the healthcare team, you will ensure the delivery of safe and quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and identify health issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
- Develop patient care plans based on assessments.
- Prepare patients for treatments and examinations.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.
- Administer medications and document patient progress.
- Promote patient education and disease prevention.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- Valid BLS and RN licenses.
- Strong adherence to nursing standards and ethics.
- Ability to use medical equipment effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
