Job Description
NurseCore Management Services LLC is seeking passionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in the Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas areas. If you have expertise in Ventilator, G Tube, and Tracheostomy care, we have a rewarding opportunity for you.
As a Registered Nurse in Home Care, you will provide quality patient care, including in-home infusions, specialty pharmacy therapies, and coordination of patient care plans. This role requires critical thinking, strong clinical skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Responsibilities
- Administer in-home infusions and specialty pharmacy therapies.
- Coordinate patient care plans and update as needed.
- Demonstrate expertise in accessing and maintaining various devices and treatments.
- Ensure safe and quality patient care following all protocols and standards.
- Travel within the assigned region and work alternate shifts as needed.
- Be prepared to administer emergency procedures, including CPR.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of two years of medical-surgical or critical care/ER experience.
- At least one year of recent infusion experience.
- Current PPD, CPR certification, and willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
