You will be an essential member of our Nursing Staffing Office Float Pool, providing care across various in-patient areas and the Emergency Department.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess individuals, families, and communities to identify health or safety issues.
• Maintain detailed records and monitor patients' conditions.
• Develop and modify patient care plans.
• Prepare patients for treatments and assist with procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Administer medications and promote a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Registered Nurse license (RN) and Basic Life Support certification (BLS) required.
• Ability to apply standards of professional nursing practice and work effectively in clinical settings.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in medical documentation.
