Job Description
CareerStaff Unlimited is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, contract opportunities in Boise, ID. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of previous hospital experience and hold an RN license. As an RN in the Medical Surgical unit, you will provide direct patient care, assess care needs, administer medications, and coordinate patient discharge planning. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care following organizational protocols.
- Assess and evaluate patient care needs.
- Administer medications, change dressings, and monitor vital signs.
- Coordinate patient care with various healthcare disciplines.
- Document patient conditions accurately.
- Educate patients and families on care plans.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hospital nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
