Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Banner Health. This is a full-time night shift position at Banner Ironwood Medical Center in San Tan Valley, Arizona. As an RN in our Observation Unit, you will work in collaboration with a supportive team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients in need of observation services.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients according to organizational policies and professional nursing standards.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in unit leadership, education, and mentoring activities.

Requirements

• Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification.
• Experience in a clinical setting is desired.
• Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred.
