We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Sloan's Lake Primary Care Clinic at Denver Health. As a Registered Nurse in this ambulatory care services role, you will provide patient care, education, and support to a diverse patient population. Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and communicate findings effectively.
• Partner with patients and the healthcare team to set goals for care and outcomes.
• Supervise and educate clinic team members to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
• Prepare patients for exams and treatments.
• Analyze assessment data to determine proper nursing diagnoses.
• Promote a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Valid BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in professional nursing practices and standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in emergency situations.
• Familiarity with medical equipment and patient care instruments.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; EPIC documentation preferred.
