Registered Nurse (RN) - Westside Adult Medical Clinic (PRN)

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Westside Adult Medical Clinic on a PRN basis. As an ambulatory care services (ACS) RN, you will provide patient care and education in an outpatient setting, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being of diverse patients and families. Your role will involve implementing evidence-based care plans, conducting nursing assessments, supervising clinic team members, and promoting a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans and provide safe nursing care in an ambulatory setting.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
• Supervise and educate clinic team members to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare patients for examinations, and promote a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in a direct patient care setting.
• Active BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use, effective communication, and Microsoft Office Suite.

$31.34 - $47.01 per hour
