REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - YADKIN NURSING CARE CENTER

Job Description

Liberty Healthcare Management is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced REGISTERED NURSE (RN) to join our team at Yadkin Nursing Care Center on a Part-Time, Nights shift (7pm - 7am). As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring quality nursing care for patients, administering medications, leading nursing assistants, and collaborating with physicians for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assure quality nursing care following physician's orders, state, and federal regulations.
• Administer medications as ordered and adhere to facility policies.
• Lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies.
• Assist physicians with rounds and patient care as needed.
• Perform treatments, maintain infection control measures, and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Assist with research on nursing care quality and patient assessments.
• Assist with records, orders, and scheduling of patient physicals with physicians.

Requirements

• Graduated Registered Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification and commitment to providing quality geriatric nursing care.
• Ability to supervise nursing assistants and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Dependable, flexible, and capable of making critical nursing decisions.
