Job Description

We are looking for a Relationship Banker I, Bilingual to join our team at Field & Main Bank. This role will involve providing essential cash receipt and payment services to customers, as well as promoting and cross-selling bank products and services. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, translating and interpreting statements effectively. Responsibilities

• Translate and interpret statements in English and Spanish.
• Manage currency transactions accurately.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Identify counterfeit currency and discrepancies in customer information.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Customer Service and cash handling experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Good interpersonal communication and computer skills.
