Job Description
We are seeking a Residential Floating Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. This position involves providing clinical services for individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting. As a Residential Floating Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, treatment planning, and clinical oversight.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services and supervision for residents with mental illness.
- Conduct mental health assessments and treatment planning.
- Offer clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and external providers.
- Be available for crisis de-escalation and emergency situations.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
- Physical ability to perform necessary job tasks.
