Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join Arby's - 7394, a company that values flexibility and respects its employees. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be the leader responsible for driving operational excellence in every aspect of the restaurant. Your role will involve managing a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, upholding company standards, and fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage managers and crew members to ensure successful operations in People, Profitability, and Operations areas.
• Provide high levels of leadership, excellent customer service, and efficient transactions.
• Work closely with the District Manager to enforce company policies and procedures in compliance with standards and laws.
• Handle human resource functions such as staffing, training, scheduling, and supervision while adhering to HR policies and laws.
• Collaborate with vendors professionally and address customer complaints promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
• 5 years of overall restaurant experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire for personal and professional growth.
• ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license.
