RETAIL SUPERVISOR

Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to oversee the efficient execution of retail merchandising, reset, and remodel projects in a designated territory. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing, training, and leading a team to deliver projects that meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise a team to ensure projects are executed to high standards.
• Conduct in-store audits and assist in project completion to meet client requirements.
• Direct project work including planogram interpretation, equipment operation, and merchandising tasks.
• Plan project strategies, schedule team members, and communicate project expectations.
• Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members.
• Engage in effective communication with clients and team members.
• Demonstrate proficiency in technology tools and software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant retail experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in supervising a team.

Working Conditions

This role involves both office and field work, with extensive local travel.

Physical Demands

Requires physical stamina, ability to lift weights, and perform tasks related to retail projects.

English fluency required, bilingual skills may be preferred.
