RETAIL SUPERVISOR

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Supervisor to lead and manage retail merchandising, reset, and sales projects in an assigned territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects by training and developing team members, conducting in-store audits, and coordinating project activities to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise a team for project execution.
• Ensure quality control through in-store audits and hands-on project completion.
• Organize project resources and schedules for efficient project delivery.
• Communicate project expectations and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members.
• Demonstrate proficiency in technology tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant retail experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Prior supervisory experience.

Working Conditions

This role operates in both office and field environments with extensive local travel. The physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and driving.
