Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN (0.9 FTE, 3p-3a) to join our team at ThedaCare Medical Center - Wild Rose. As an RN Clinical Nurse, you will provide patient-centered, specialized, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum through an interprofessional approach to treatment, research, education, and advocacy. Your role will contribute to the goals of the department by delivering compassionate and safe care within the scope of practice, promoting a culture of innovation and growth.

Key Accountabilities

• Utilize the nursing process and evidence-based practice to assess and plan patient care.
• Demonstrate clinical expertise in the provision of care in the assigned specialty.
• Identify ways to improve the patient experience, streamline care processes, and lower costs.
• Contribute to a professional environment that encourages mentoring and development.
• Provide consultation and maintain positive relationships with physicians and the care team.
• Proactively manage risk and respond skillfully in emergencies.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) or commitment to obtain within five years.
