RN or LPN - In-Home Care

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN or LPN to provide personalized in-home care for pediatric clients in Nooksack and Bellingham. As part of Alliance Nursing, you will play a crucial role in delivering private duty nursing services to individuals with complex medical needs, including those requiring mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, and nursing interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care following the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with attention to detail.
• Interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain professional nursing standards and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license in Washington State.
• Excellent assessment skills and nursing judgment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions.
• Compassionate attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
