RN or LPN - In-Home Care

Job Description

Alliance Nursing is currently seeking compassionate and skilled RNs or LPNs to provide 1:1 care for pediatric clients in Nooksack and Bellingham. As part of our team, you will deliver critical nursing services to individuals with complex medical and developmental conditions, including procedures such as mechanical ventilation and tracheostomy care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care following the nursing process.
• Assess patient needs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain professional standards in nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license.
• Multi-State License from a Compact State is also acceptable.
