Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care facility at Juliette Manor in Berlin, Wisconsin. As an RN Clinical Nurse, you will provide specialized, evidence-based nursing care, ensuring compassionate and safe patient outcomes that meet the high-quality standards of ThedaCare. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and contribute to a culture of innovation and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize evidence-based practice to assess patient needs and collaborate on care plans.
- Demonstrate clinical expertise in the assigned specialty to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
- Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, physicians, and patients to enhance care delivery.
- Proactively manage risks and emergencies to provide timely and effective interventions.
Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and handle job-specific demands.

Schedule and Location
