Master Roofers is currently seeking a motivated Roofing Advisor to join our team. With over 80 years of experience, we are a premier roofing company serving Central & Southern New Hampshire and the North Shore of Massachusetts. As a Roofing Advisor, you will utilize your sales expertise and roofing knowledge to assist homeowners in making informed decisions about their roofing needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized sales solutions in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Be punctual to appointments, responsive to customers, and stay informed about industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide training and support to other sales representatives.
- Address customer service issues efficiently.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in roofing sales (insurance and retail).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to handle objections within a short sales cycle.
- Proficient in delivering professional sales pitches.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Physically fit to walk long distances and climb stairs.
- Customer-focused and a team player.
- Familiarity with tablets and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Roofing installation experience or certification is preferred.
- Goal-oriented and reliable.
