Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated RSC Human Resources Business Partner to join Ace Hardware as a strategic HRBP. In this role, you will align business objectives with employees and management, act as an employee champion, assess HR needs, and develop integrated solutions. The successful candidate will maintain a high level of business literacy and collaborate with HR teams to deliver value-added services. You will lead by example, provide performance management, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with policies and laws. As an HRBP, you will play a critical role in creating a positive work environment and driving organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Ace Values: Winning, Excellence, Love, Integrity, Gratitude, Humility, and Teamwork.
- Influence and provide effective HR processes, advice, and support.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and provide corrective actions.
- Manage performance reviews, leave of absences, and worker's compensation claims.
- Handle turnover reporting and unemployment claims.
- Provide day-to-day performance management and coaching.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in HR generalist duties and compliance.
- Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and develop new strategies.
Compensation Details
$55,000 - $65,000 per year
