Job Description

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President of Project Management, you will play a vital role in overseeing hotel construction projects, managing budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project oversight and budget development.
• Manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and operational staff.
• Coordinate design and construction teams, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Review project documents, payment applications, change orders, and invoices.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality work and report project status to management.
• Perform other project-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience, focusing on hotel projects.
• Willingness to travel for project requirements.
