Senior Development Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Senior Development Officer to join Enterprise Community Partners, a national nonprofit dedicated to making a good home accessible to all. Reporting to the Senior Director, Development, the Senior Development Officer will collaborate with program teams to cultivate, solicit, and steward funders in support of housing, resident services, racial equity, and climate work initiatives. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies in collaboration with program staff.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with local, regional, and national funders.
• Create customized funder proposals, impact reports, and recognition opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and activity in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of corporate and foundation fundraising experience.
• Proven track record in securing 6-figure gifts.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with proficiency in English grammar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
