Senior Development Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Development Officer at Enterprise Community Partners. As a Senior Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in devising and implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission of providing affordable housing and community development solutions.

Responsibilities

• Immerse in Enterprise's mission and programs to inform fundraising strategy.
• Collaborate with program staff to articulate programming and develop case statements.
• Build relationships and customized fundraising strategies for new and renewable funders.
• Manage relationships with local, regional, and national funders.
• Organize and participate in meetings, events, and tours with prospects and funders.
• Write and submit proposals, reports, and stewardship documents.
• Create customized funder proposals and impact reports.
• Devise unique recognition opportunities for funders.
• Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of corporate and foundation fundraising experience.
• Track record in securing 6-figure gifts.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
• Knowledge of community development and affordable housing industry is a plus.
