Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Group Sales Manager to join the team at Black Desert Resort. This remote position is based out of the Greater Salt Lake City Area and offers a unique opportunity to work in the luxury hospitality industry. As a Senior Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing group sales accounts, developing innovative sales strategies, and fostering relationships with clients to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Implement innovative sales strategies and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Sell guest rooms, meeting space, and services to customer groups.
• Prepare and present proposals, maintain documentation, and coordinate customer service requirements.
• Collaborate with Marketing to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure market expansion and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and strategic sales planning expertise.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Compensation

Yearly Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000
