Senior OnBase Developer

Job Description

Princeton University is looking for a talented Senior OnBase Developer to join its central IT team. The Senior OnBase Developer will be responsible for supporting, developing, and integrating solutions on the OnBase by Hyland enterprise platform. Working collaboratively with the team and independently, the Senior OnBase Developer will create, test, debug, migrate, document, and maintain solutions for campus users. This role involves developing new solutions and providing first-level application support by troubleshooting and implementing fixes.

This position includes responsibilities such as enhancing OnBase solutions using OnBase API, C# or VBScript, developing interfaces with other applications, utilizing native OnBase functionality like Workflow and WorkView, preparing technical requirements, and maintaining existing content management solutions. The Senior OnBase Developer will also provide backup for OnBase administration, deliver projects from development to production, and serve as a project lead and solution analyst.

Key qualifications include 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years as a developer working with enterprise content management software, familiarity with SDLC methodology, experience in ECM configuration, setup, API usage, and SQL scripting, strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical abilities, and the capacity to work effectively independently or in a team environment.

Preferred qualifications include advanced OnBase experience, administration tools proficiency, certifications, knowledge of Service Now and SharePoint, and experience in higher education.
